Retrospective study with 75 polydrug dependent patients (alcohol, cannabis, cocaine and crack) who were treated with ibogaine HCL in a hospital. Results showed efficacy of 61% and prolonged periods of abstinence after a single ibogaine administration, with a median of 5.5 months.
